• Turn RIGHT onto BREWERTON RD/US-11. Continue to follow US-11.
• Take the 1st RIGHT onto 7TH NORTH ST/CR-45.
• Merge onto I-81 S toward SYRACUSE.
• Take the SALINA ST exit, EXIT 19, toward CLINTON ST.
• Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the SALINA ST ramp.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto N SALINA ST.
• Turn LEFT onto E WASHINGTON ST.
• Take the 1st LEFT onto S WARREN ST.
• 109 S WARREN ST is on the RIGHT.
