Engineer

 

Provide day to day support for Managed Services Clients,  Setup new equipment/ projects for Clients, Day to day support of Solutions Group Projects, Provide preventative maintenance for Managed Services Customers, Serve as member of on-call rotation, assist in the on-site assessments for new Customer Information Center (CIC)Client Prospects, and develop and maintain working knowledge of products in use, in the CIC, including but not limited to:  Zenith, Vembu, Remote backup, Arc Serve, E trust, ITM,  and Go to Assist

 

Job Requirements

1.  Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
2.  Must be customer service and results-oriented and have the ability to work well in fast paced environment.
3. Must have a bachelor degree and or equivalent experience in the IT industry.

 

 

Product Specialist

 

            Supports the Sales Process by assisting with product configuration and pricing,

            Supports the Sales Process by assisting with the timely completion of the customer/client proposal, Responsible for the management responsibility of Client accounts,

            effectively aligns appropriate vendor programs with MACPI equipment and product pricing for competitive advantage  (Ex. Cisco OIP, 1^st time buyers, Flip the switch and VIP), Consistently and accurately prepare equipment order worksheets, accurately prepares quick quotes and budgetary quotes, accurately maintains and contributes client documentation into Connectwise, ensures the maintenance of memberships, responsible for the administration to include the completion of forms and applications, responsible for the administration maintenance of  vendor re-seller partnership/programs, and

            provides back-up for Project Manager when needed.

 

 

 

 Senior Systems Consultant

 

The Senior Systems Consultant is a key role responsible for providing I/T consulting and design services for M.A. Polce Consulting pre-sales client engagements.  In this Technical leadership role, the Senior Systems Consultant advises others and assumes the technical leadership role support of the solution construction implementation, and systems integration. The specific knowledge of developed technologies such as Security Planning and Deployment LAN/WAN, Operating Systems, Systems and project management, and infrastructure evaluation is required to be a part of his/her skill set.

 

Job Requirements

1.      BS/MS in IT or related field.  We can substitute an A.S. in a relevant IT field and five years on-going experience as a systems analyst or senior network engineer for a graduate degree.

2.      4 to 6+ years of Windows Systems Administration/ Engineering experience.

3.      Must possess experience in Microsoft Server, MS- Exchange, Active Directory and Windows 2003.

4.      Must possess reasonable level of knowledge and experience in Linux/UNIX.

5.      Must be prepared to participate as a contributor on a project team and complete the tasks assigned to him/her by management.

6.      Must feel extremely confident in his/her ability to offer a consultative approach to ensuring the successful completion of any project.  This will require that the successful candidate possesses excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.

7.      Must be ready to learn Blue Coat technology and become certified in this technology after six months of employment.

8.      In this position, he/she is required to secure a CISCO CCNA Certification (security) within the first six months of their employment.

9.      They will be expected to conform to a program of training and certification as outlined by their management.
